Cover Reveal ~ Missing Quail Crossing
Missing Quail Crossings
Quail Crossings Series #3
Historical Fiction
October 2015
World War II is finally over and Dovie
Grant is thrilled that her loved ones, who have been fighting overseas, are
finally coming home. The first to return is her long time love, Gabe Pearce.
The happiness of their reunion is cut short when Gabe tells Dovie that Evalyn
Smith’s husband, Robert, is missing in action.
Even with Robert missing, there is a ray
of light when Elmer Brewer, Evalyn’s brother, returns to Quail Crossings with
his long time girl and now wife Mary (Tiny) Clark. During a celebration of their
nuptials, a surprise guest arrives, the Brewer’s long lost sister, Ellie. Dovie,
her father, James, and the Brewers take Ellie in without hesitation, hoping to
start the healing process for Ellie.
Poor Ellie, abandoned at birth, bounced
from one family to family after her adoptive family died, facing situations so
horrible she now refuses to speak. As Ellie deals with a lifetime of abuse,
Elmer adjusts to life off the battlefield, and Evalyn aches for her lost love, Dovie
is quickly realizing that the Germans may have surrendered but the war at home
is just beginning.

Return to Quail Crossings Book Tour is Over
I never know what to say when a book tour ends. It is always such a bittersweet moment. Sweet
because not being on tour allows me to spend more time with my family, friends, and on my works in progress. Bitter because I truly love doing book signing and meeting my readers, both new and old.
I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported me over the last nine months. I hope the books you bought have brought you as much joy, as I had while writing them.... To all the organizers and event planners, thanks for all the long hours, hard work, last minute questions, and giving me a place to share my writing with your people. To every fan that has taken a few moments to say, “I loved it!”, you have no idea how much that means to me. To my return readers, y’all keep me motivated. Your encouragement is a huge driving force to write even when my muse is off playing in the daisies.
This summer I will be spending some quality time with both my family and Missing Quail Crossings. I am working hard on this book for y’all and appreciate the reduced pace so I can meet my fall launch deadline. Book signings will resume at the end of July at the Christian Indie Authors Conference in Davenport, Iowa.
Thanks again for all your love and support,
Jennifer

The Divine Heart by Jennifer McMurrain
A Novella
Alexis Dragonheart is finally opening her dream shop in the
cozy little town of Stonehollow. Her dream becomes a bit of a nightmare when
her neighbor, Mabel Keyes, decides Alexis's shop of all things occult is
nothing but witchcraft and voodoo. Mabel isn't too far off, since Alexis is a
witch.
Alexis tries not to worry about Mabel, knowing narrow-minded
people will always exist. She has bigger problems when her mortal soul mate,
Sebastian Bishop, shows up on her doorstep. They have had many affairs together
during his many lives and they have always ended badly. She vows she will not
go down that road again.
When a warlock, Giles Dalton, comes knocking on her door
demanding the gift of everlasting life Alexis is rumored to possess. Alexis
ends up turning to familiar arms of Sebastian for comfort.
Giles won’t be deterred and Alexis must find a way to save
not only Sebastian’s heart, but her very life.
